These terms apply when you purchase products from Crafty Cows through our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, materials and the handmade/custom nature of some products.
As many Crafty Cows items are handmade or personalised, small variations may occur.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking that all names, dates, wording, spelling and other personalisation information supplied with your order is correct.
We will normally produce personalised products using the details submitted at checkout.
If you realise you have made an error, contact us immediately. We will try to help if production has not started, but changes cannot be guaranteed once work has begun.
Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, we are unable to fulfil the requested personalisation, or there is another reasonable reason that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, you will receive an appropriate refund.
Consumer contract terms must be fair and written transparently; businesses cannot use terms to remove statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Processing and delivery
As many of our products are personalised or made to order, processing time is separate from delivery time.
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1–7 working days for your order to be made before dispatch. This is in addition to the delivery time selected at checkout.
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary during particularly busy periods.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Returns and cancellations
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms.
Personalised or custom-made goods generally cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, product designs, text, logos and other original content belonging to Crafty Cows may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
